Robert Grant, MD, MPH

Robert M Grant, MD is a father, teacher, physician, and cofounder of Healing Realms Psychotherapy, Inc. He is a physician specialized in internal medicine and pulmonary medicine and has 39 years of experience leading HIV research and clinical care. He pioneered the concept of an HIV prevention pill, called PrEP. In 2014, he suffered a professional and personal crisis that led him to pivot and face the challenges of human connection directly. He completed the certificate in psychedelic treatment and research (CPTR) at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in 2016. He started the Healing Realms Psychotherapy practice in 2017 and became certified as a therapist in Internal Family Systems in 2019. He has completed sections A-E of MAPS MDMA psychotherapy training. His practice aims to develop the clinical craft of ketamine assisted psychotherapy through collaborative work with diverse clients and colleagues.

Jeanna Eichenbaum, LCSW

Jeanna Eichenbaum is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW #14762) and a psychotherapist with a private practice offering both individual and couples therapy in San Francisco, specializing in sexuality, relationship concerns, and trauma informed treatment. She emphasizes serving the queer communities. She graduated with a Master's of social welfare at UC Berkeley with honors, and was the director of the transgender recovery project at Walden House, the first residential drug treatment program in the USA that served the transgender community. ​ She completed the certificate in psychedelic assisted therapies and research from the California Institute of Integral Studies in 2018, and has served as mentor there. Liz Pettit, LMFT

Liz Pettit, LMFT (they/them) is a licensed marriage and family therapist and studied counseling psychology at the California Institute of Integral studies with a specialization in somatic psychotherapy. Liz has worked in a variety of community mental health settings including Project Open hand, serving the HIV and breast cancer communities, as well as Conard House, which provides permanent supportive housing to adults. Liz specializes in providing trauma-informed psychodynamic psychotherapy to the LLGBTQQIAAP, queer, poly, gender non-conforming and kinky communities. Liz also has a passion for social justice and exploring how systems of oppression impact marginalized communities. Liz uses a harm reduction approach for those who use substances, and is also enthusiastic about creating a safe space to explore and integrate themes that may arise during the course of a psychedelic journey. Liz employs holistic approaches as well as evidence based practices such as internal family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. She focuses on people who face symptoms of depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. Liz is also proud to be a member of the health at every size (HAES) community, and to provide competent care for all bodies.
